Easy to install. Took about an hour.
Easy to set up and dismantle on each use.
My family loves having it. Only negatives are the floor mount gets stepped on when it is disassembled and there are not covers or protection devices for it. So far, no one has stubbed a toe but we have stepped on it ackwardly. Secondly, the horizontal cross bars have cut off access to the back of the boat but that's mostly because our boat is small. 17 1/2 foot and we mounted the unit at the back of the boat so things are a little tight and require some gymnastics to under or over the cross bar mounts.

Still we recommend it as we are glad we have it.
