BoardStop.com has a very simple Shipping & Returns policy aimed at making everything as smooth
as possible so you can get your products at an affordable price in a quick way. We strive to leave you completely
satisfied, it's all about the customer love. Shipping Return Policy - Warranty: All products are sold with the manufacturer's
warranty which will be honored. In the case that a product breaks or is defective, contact us to receive a return authorization number, send back the product packed
well with the return authorization number written on the box, and we'll examine the product and replace it.
- Damaged
Products: If you receive a product that has been damaged during
shipping, please keep the original damaged packaging and contact us immediately so we can
have the package picked up and have a replacement sent out.
- Returns & Exchanges: To return an item, contact us within 30 days of purchase to get a refund or exchange. The product must be in
original condition and be shipped prepaid to us packed well and insured for the total value. Please note clearance and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full or partial refund to your credit card for the amount of the purchase price minus the original shipping fee. If your order qualified for our free shipping option, the credit will be for the amount of the order minus the original shipping fee. The refund process can take up to 2 weeks to be completed.
